Set Up Session

We’ll take stock of where things stand, clarify priorities, and create a structure you can build on. It’s the first step before scheduling Check Ins, and ensures that future sessions are focused, useful, and grounded in a shared understanding of your goals.  This session lays the groundwork for ongoing support.

How It Works

This is a structured 90-minute working session designed to clarify your goals, priorities, and systems. We’ll capture what’s already in place, identify what’s missing or unclear, and outline what needs to be tracked going forward.

The session creates the right foundation for scheduling regular Check Ins, giving us a shared baseline to build on. It’s not about solving everything at once — it’s about establishing a practical structure to help you move forward with clarity.

  • This outlines what’s included, how we’ll work together, and how your information is handled.

  • It’s quick to review and sign — and required before we begin.

  • A little prep goes a long way.

  • You don’t need to create anything new or fancy.

  • Just pull together a few things that already exist, or jot down your thoughts using the prompts below.

Planning Session

This is a one-time deep dive—expect lots of questions and insights tailored to your unique setup. We’re not building a full system (yet), but we will create something you can act on right away.

Here’s what we’ll typically cover:

  • Review your current situation and goals

  • Clarify your focus areas and where things feel overwhelming

  • Identify any high-risk or time-sensitive items

  • Capture what needs to be tracked or delegated

  • Prioritize next steps and identify what to follow up on

Set Up Complete

Once this initial session is completed, you’re welcome to book Check-In Sessions anytime. But even if this is the only one, you’ll leave with a solid plan and a lighter mental load.

  • A simple, personalized tracking system (built in Google Docs, Excel, Notion, or Trello — your choice)

  • A summary of key priorities and your most important near-term goals

  • A basic working structure or rhythm to keep your plans moving

This session is longer — and it’s doing double duty. We’ll spend extra time getting aligned on what you want to track, what’s getting in your way, and how support can be most useful. After the session, I’ll take care of setting up the tracking tools and structure we agreed on, so we’re ready to hit the ground running in future Check-Ins.

Will this actually save me time?

Yes. This session sets you up for success. Taking the time now to get focused saves you from hours of indecision, rework, and wheel-spinning later. You’ll walk away knowing what matters most — and exactly how to keep moving.
