Important Details
Remote Only: Work is completed virtually using your preferred tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, email, etc.)
Time Tracking: 15-minute increments, invoice with report of actual hours provided weekly
Billing: Charges are processed 24 hours after the weekly invoice is sent, using the payment method on file.

What if I’m not sure how many hours I’ll need?
That’s totally normal! Many clients start small to get a feel for how we work together. We’ll keep you updated as hours are used, and you can adjust or switch plans as your needs evolve.
Can I change packages later?
Yes — you’re not locked in. If your project expands or settles down, we can move between packages, apply unused credit, or switch to standard hourly billing. The goal is to stay aligned with your actual needs.
What if I buy a bulk package and don’t use all the hours?
Bulk hours never expire, so you’re free to use them as needed over time. If you decide to pause or stop, we’ll refund any unused balance — minus the cost of hours already worked, which are billed at the appropriate rate based on how many you actually used. (For example, if you purchased a discounted 40-hour pack but only used one hour, that one hour would be billed at the Standard Rate.)
What happens if I don’t use all my Subscription hours in a month?
Subscription packages are designed for consistent, ongoing access. Any unused time expires at the end of the billing cycle, which helps keep availability open for active clients. If it looks like you’re regularly underusing your plan, I’ll flag it and suggest a better fit. You can switch or cancel anytime.
How is time tracked and reported?
Time is logged in 15-minute increments using professional tools (like Harvest), with tags for project, task, or priority. You’ll receive clear breakdowns with your invoice, so there are no surprises.
What if I need help outside business hours?
Urgent needs happen. While availability depends on workload and package type, we do our best to be flexible when something critical pops up. Subscription clients typically get priority for rush support.
