Refund Policy
PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY
We are committed to delivering high-quality project services tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of consulting work, which involves time, expertise, and custom deliverables, we maintain the following refund policy:
Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled session or service package with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the agreed start time. Cancellations made within this window will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds for Services Rendered
Once services have been delivered, refunds are not provided. This includes time spent on consultations, planning, documentation, or any other service activity.
Prepaid Packages
Refunds for unused portions of prepaid service packages may be issued at the discretion of Jen O’Farrell Project Services, based on the amount of work completed and resources committed.
Dissatisfaction with Services
If you are unsatisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. While we do not offer refunds for completed work, we’re committed to resolving any issues if the service did not meet the agreed expectations.
