Optional Transition to Your Team
Once your tracking routine is up and running, it keeps running with regular check-ins and light tracking support—so nothing falls through the cracks.
At any point, if you would like the tools that we develop to be transitioned to you or your team, we can conduct a final Check In Session where the details are handed off.
At any time in the future, you can restart the sessions simply by booking a new Initial Planning session (if significant updates are needed) or a new Check In Session.
The transition is conducted during a final Check In Session that includes:

Can I do Check-Ins without a Set-Up Session?
Not yet. The Set-Up Session is where we build your personalized tracking system, so that Check-Ins are fast, focused, and actually useful. It’s a one-time working session that sets the foundation for everything else.
What if I’m not sure I’ll need more than one session?
That’s totally fine. You don’t need to commit to a subscription.
You can start with a single Set-Up Session and see how it feels — no pressure, no hidden strings.
But if you already know you’ll benefit from regular support, the subscription gives you a discount and locks in priority scheduling.
What happens during a Check-In?
We look at what’s in motion, what’s slipping, and what needs adjusting. It’s your space to think, decide, and stay on track — without spending your energy building the plan from scratch every week. You show up with what’s on your plate. I’ll help you sort it out and walk away with a clear path forward.

If you decide not to continue after that, just let me know — you won’t be billed for future Check-Ins. You’re in full control.
